Finansal kayıtlarınız varsayılan olarak cihazınızda kalır. Reklam, satın alma ve güncel kur özelliklerinde kullanılan dış hizmetleri aşağıda açıklarız.

Velora iOS gizlilik politikası

1. Kapsam

Bu metin, Velora Finans iOS uygulamasının veri işleme uygulamalarını açıklar. Gizlilik talepleri için destek sayfasından bize ulaşabilirsiniz.

2. Uygulamaya girdiğiniz bilgiler

Gelir, gider, bütçe, fatura, abonelik, tasarruf hedefi, finans planı, kategori ve notlar; takip, hesaplama, raporlama, hatırlatma ve yedekleme özellikleri için kullanılır. Velora uygulaması hesap oluşturmaz ve banka hesabınıza bağlanmaz. Bu finansal kayıtlar varsayılan olarak yalnızca cihazınızın uygulama alanında tutulur; Velora sunucusuna aktarılmaz.

3. Güvenlik ve saklama

Uygulama PIN'i açık metin olarak değil, rastgele tuzlanmış tek yönlü özet biçiminde saklanır. Oluşturduğunuz şifreli yedekler AES-GCM ile korunur; yedek parolanızı Velora bilmez ve kurtaramaz. Cihazınızın, iCloud/cihaz yedeklerinin ve paylaştığınız dosyaların güvenliği kullandığınız hizmetlerin ayarlarına da bağlıdır.

4. Ağ hizmetleri ve üçüncü taraflar

Güncel döviz bilgileri için TCMB ve Frankfurter hizmetlerine bağlantı kurulabilir. Bu hizmetler IP adresi, bağlantı zamanı ve teknik günlük bilgilerini kendi politikaları doğrultusunda işleyebilir. Finansal kayıtlarınızın içeriği kur isteklerine eklenmez.

iOS sürüm kontrolü için Velora destek sitesine ve Apple'ın Türkiye App Store sürüm sorgulama hizmetine bağlantı kurulabilir. Bu istekler finansal kayıt, e-posta veya reklam tanımlayıcısı içermez. Bağlantı kurulurken standart IP adresi ve teknik günlük bilgileri hizmet sağlayıcılar tarafından işlenebilir. İnternet ya da sürüm sorgulama hatası uygulamanın çevrimdışı kullanımını engellemez.

Premium satın alımları ve geri yüklemeleri Apple tarafından yürütülür; Velora ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi görmez veya saklamaz. Ücretsiz sürümde Google Mobile Ads aracılığıyla reklamlar gösterilebilir. Google reklam sistemi, reklam sunumu, ölçüm, güvenlik ve iyileştirme için IP adresi, yaklaşık konum, cihaz veya uygulama tanımlayıcıları, reklam etkileşimleri ve tanılama bilgileri işleyebilir. Finansal kayıtlarınızın içeriği reklam isteklerine eklenmez. iOS izleme izni verirseniz cihaz reklam tanımlayıcısı, diğer şirketlerin uygulama ve sitelerindeki etkinlikle ilişkilendirilerek reklam kişiselleştirme veya ölçümü için kullanılabilir. İzin vermezseniz uygulamayı kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz; Google Mobile Ads reklam isteğinde IDFA göndermez. Bölgenizde gerektiğinde reklam gizliliği tercihleri uygulamada sunulur.

5. İzinler, paylaşım ve destek e-postaları

Fiş tarama isteğe bağlıdır. Kamerayla çektiğiniz veya fotoğraf seçiciden seçtiğiniz görseldeki metin Apple Vision ile cihazınızda okunur; görsel ve ham okuma metni Velora sunucusuna veya üçüncü taraf bir yapay zekâ hizmetine gönderilmez, uygulama tarafından kalıcı olarak saklanmaz ve yedeğe eklenmez. Tutar, işletme, tarih ve kategori önerilerini kontrol edip Kaydet'e dokunursanız yalnızca onayladığınız işlem alanları finansal kayıtlarınıza eklenir. Fotoğraf seçici yalnızca seçtiğiniz görseli uygulamayla paylaşır; tüm arşivinize erişim istenmez.

İsteğe bağlı Face ID veya Touch ID kilidi Apple'ın yerel kimlik doğrulama sistemiyle çalışır. Velora yüz, parmak izi veya biyometrik şablon verilerinizi almaz ve saklamaz; yalnızca doğrulama sonucunu kullanır. Kamera ve biyometrik izinleri iOS Ayarları'ndan yönetebilirsiniz.

Bildirim izni, etkinleştirdiğiniz ödeme ve yedekleme hatırlatmaları için kullanılır; hatırlatmalar cihazda planlanır. CSV, PDF ve şifreli yedek dosyaları yalnızca sizin başlattığınız dışa aktarma işlemiyle seçtiğiniz uygulama veya konuma aktarılır. Sonraki işleme, dosyayı alan hizmetin koşulları uygulanır.

Destek adresimize e-posta gönderirseniz e-posta adresiniz ve iletiniz, talebinize yanıt vermek için e-posta sağlayıcısında işlenir. Lütfen PIN, parola, banka bilgisi veya ayrıntılı finansal kayıt göndermeyin.

6. Silme ve tercihler

Yerel kayıtlar siz silene, Ayarlar bölümündeki tüm verileri sıfırla seçeneğini kullanana veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazda kalır. Başka konumlara kaydedilmiş dışa aktarımları ayrıca silmeniz gerekir. Kayıtlarınıza uygulamadan erişebilir, onları düzeltebilir, dışa aktarabilir veya silebilirsiniz. Reklam tercihlerinizi uygulamadaki ilgili seçeneklerden, bildirimleri de uygulamadan veya iOS Ayarları'ndan yönetebilirsiniz. Destek yazışmalarının silinmesi için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz; yasal saklama yükümlülükleri saklıdır.

7. Çocuklar ve değişiklikler

Velora özellikle çocuklara yönelik değildir. Veri işleme uygulamaları değişirse bu metin ve App Store gizlilik beyanları güncellenir. Önemli değişiklikler sürüm notları veya uygulama içinden duyurulabilir.

Velora iOS privacy policy

1. Scope

This policy explains the data practices of the Velora Finans iOS app. For privacy requests, contact us through the support page.

2. Information you enter

Income, expenses, budgets, bills, subscriptions, savings goals, finance plans, categories, and notes are used to provide tracking, calculations, reports, reminders, and backups. The app does not create an account or connect to your bank account. These financial records are stored by default only in the app area on your device and are not sent to a Velora server.

3. Security and storage

An app PIN is stored as a randomly salted one-way digest rather than plain text. Encrypted backups use AES-GCM; Velora does not know or recover your backup password. The security of your device, device/iCloud backups, and shared files also depends on the settings of the services you use.

4. Network services and third parties

The app may connect to the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, and Frankfurter for current currency rates. These services may process IP addresses, connection times, and technical logs under their own policies. Financial-record content is not included in rate requests.

iOS version checks may connect to Velora's support site and Apple's Türkiye App Store lookup service. These requests do not include financial records, email addresses, or advertising identifiers. Providers may process standard IP addresses and technical connection logs. Network or version-check failures do not prevent offline use.

Apple handles Premium purchases and restorations; Velora does not see or store payment-card details. The free tier may display ads through Google Mobile Ads. Google's advertising system may process IP address, approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic data for ad delivery, measurement, security, and improvement. Financial-record content is not included in ad requests. If you grant the iOS tracking permission, the device advertising identifier may be linked with activity across other companies' apps and websites for ad personalization or measurement. If you decline, you can keep using the app; Google Mobile Ads does not send the IDFA in ad requests. Advertising privacy choices are available in the app where required for your region.

5. Permissions, exports, and support emails

Receipt scanning is optional. Text in a camera image or an image you select through the photo picker is recognized on-device using Apple Vision. The image and raw recognition text are not sent to a Velora server or third-party AI service, are not retained by the app, and are not included in backups. Only the transaction fields you approve are added to your financial records after you review the proposed amount, merchant, date and category and tap Save. The photo picker shares only the image you select; the app does not request access to your entire library.

Optional Face ID or Touch ID locking uses Apple's local authentication system. Velora does not receive or store face, fingerprint or biometric template data; it only uses the authentication result. You can manage camera and biometric permissions in iOS Settings.

Notification permission is used for payment and backup reminders that you enable; reminders are scheduled on-device. CSV, PDF, and encrypted backup files leave the app only when you initiate an export to a destination you select. The receiving service's terms then apply.

If you email our support address, your email address and message are processed by the email provider so we can respond. Please do not send PINs, passwords, bank details, or detailed financial records.

6. Deletion and choices

Local records remain on your device until you delete them, reset all data in Settings, or remove the app. Exports saved elsewhere must be deleted separately. You can access, correct, export, or delete your records in the app. Manage advertising choices using the available in-app options and notifications in the app or iOS Settings. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Children and changes

Velora is not specifically directed to children. If data practices change, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures. Material changes may be announced in release notes or in the app.
